Not long ago the Oculus Rift was just a Kickstarter project, but thanks to support of the gamers, Epic Games, Unity and Valve it managed to raise a $2.4 million funding. We were lucky enough to have tried this device at CES 2013 and, truth to say, wearing the Rift is beyond immersive. When you put these goggles on you see gaming in a completely new way: we walked around a medieval town, were amazed with the stereoscopic 3D snow fall from the sky, were attacked by the armored knights. Unlike most games, where you spend a lot of time panning around, here you can rely on our head movements and thus concentrate more just on moving and use the right stick less, thus getting much more natural gaming experience.
