The concept vessel is backed by PayPal co-founder Peter Thiel and is meant to dwell in the waters near the Silicone Valley but away from the US jurisdiction. This amazing islanded office is to be launched by the third quarter of 2013 and is already said to have startups lined up to set their offices there, in spite of a single person residence costing from $1,600 per month.
