The project by Gensler (the US firm) called Moscow View Ferris wheel is to become the tallest observation wheel in the world, aiming to stand 722 feet tall. The very special design of this wheel offers passenger cabins to move along a rail system. This attraction is to house a complex of restaurants, shopping, galleries, and theaters in its base and to be situated in one of three venues: near the Circus on Vernadsky Ave, the OCE, or in Gorky Park. The estimated cost of the record-breaking Moscow observation wheel exceeds $300 million.
