Sustainable Space Saver For Seoul
Seoul Yongsang International Business District is to survive major change gaining a new sustainable building. One of the proposed projects is called Project R6 by REX, which is actually a 144 meter-tall building with apartments on the upper floors, and a courtyard garden. The space saving techniques (as moving walls and folding beds) will be applied into the building interior, and cross ventilation and glare controlling façade will shape its exterior.
