Tower of Power is a skyscraper planned by NL Architects to house a museum, some office spaces, a meeting place, parking and a city observation deck as well as six hundred noiseless wind turbines to generate 6 MW of electricity for Taiwan. This mesh like tower has small vertical axis turbines installed into the fa?ade itself to produce impressive amount of clean power. The pattern of voids will simultaneously provide good views of the city. One question that arises with the intricately weaved structure is: if the building will be safe for birds?
