A wide range of flavors that can be spun into foam and their combinations can inflame any gourmet chef’s fantasy. Inspired by Ferran Adrià, the inventor of flavored foam, which helped win him ‘Restaurant of the Year’, Alexandre de Bastiani has designed the Spummy, a smart kitchen appliance, that uses nano-technology to create eatable foam.
