Empowered with hydro power, with solar and wind energy systems on board this stadium comprises of a floating disc, the Pontoon Ring and the bay. The upper level is to serve as the sports arena, and around the sports pitch the stadium bowl would function as housing for audiences. Above the letter one, a roof would be built to cover all the structure, which could be transported per water to satisfy demand for the sports venue anywhere in the world.
