On Monday, October 7, 2013, scientists from the 135 partner institutions of the Human Brain Project â âthe worldâs most ambitious neuroscience projectââ met at EPFL (Ecole polytechnique fédérale de Lausanne), the coordinating institution, in Switzerland.
