GE Labs alongside with crowdsource manufacturers Quirky have worked out a wonderful solution to this problem â the Milkmaid. It is a clever milk jug with sensors that measure pH level of milk and thus inform you via a text message when the pH level drops and the milk literally becomes sour. Moreover, the smart Milkmaid controls the amount of milk in the jug and advises you to replenish your milk supplies through an integrated iPhone application.
