A wide range of flavors that can be spun into foam and their combinations can inflame any gourmet chef’s fantasy. Inspired by Ferran Adrià, the inventor of flavored foam, which helped win him ‘Restaurant of the Year’, Alexandre de Bastiani has designed the Spummy, a smart kitchen appliance, that uses nano-technology to create eatable foam. With the help of the amazing device you can easily dish out food in a unique way. This invention is a 2012 Electrolux Design Lab Top Ten finalist.
